Our Flooring Projects Archive
Just wrapped this one up from yesterday! After some walls were removed in this rental to provide a more open concept, there was a healthy of TLC needed before ANY flooring went down. First, we installed subfloor to fill the void from the old walls. Then, we mixed up a few bags of floor patch to fix any indifferences and secure a stable subfloor. After that, layout and boards away! Another great weekend 🫡 #lionsprideflooringnews

Flooring Type : Click-Together LVPa
Location : Muskego, WI
Flooring Type : Click-Together LVP
Location : Grafton, WI
This property had a ton of squeaks throughout the property, so when it was time for new flooring, the customer asked if this was something we could fix. This problem is usually caused by failing to hit floor joists with subfloor fasteners, and we were able to remedy the issue by driving screws every 16 inches into the floor joists. These customers could not have been happier!

Flooring Type : 36in x 18in Floating LVT
Location : Waukesha, WI
We were able to completely update the look of this Mudroom by first “floating” the existing ceramic tile with patch to achieve a flat subfloor, and then laying oversized LVT down on top. We also took care of the shoe for the customer, and he ended up loving how it turned out even more than he thought he would!
Flooring Type : Xtra Large Click Together LVP
Location : Mequon, WI
This beautiful home was ready for a little bit of TLC, and that’s exactly what we gave it. These customers opted for a large format LVP, and wanted to run it continuously through the living room and kitchen. We started by ripping out the existing ceramic from the kitchen, and then ramped the height indifference into the living room. The wraparound fireplace was scribed, and finished with a perfect bead of caulk to maintain a healthy expansion gap. We’re extremely proud of all the work we produce, but this has to be one of our favorite jobs of 2022.
Flooring Type : Tap-Lock Floating LVP
Location : Cedarburg, WI
These customers decided to get quite literally everything done in one shot. First floor, second floor as well as both staircases! That’s right-this was a big one, and we crushed it. Everything turned out picture perfect, and the customers were especially happy with how well the staircases turned out. Another name added to the list of happy customers!
Flooring Type : Glue-Assist Engineered Hardwood
Location : Oconomowoc, WI
These are the jobs we live for-12 hour days with no one else around, music blasting on the speaker, and a heaping work load. This new construction home got Engineered Hardwood throughout the main level besides the bathrooms, as well as LVP throughout the basement. All seams were sanded, lumber was moved out of the way, then again onto the existing floor, and we could not be more proud of this install.
